I'm in a very intense graduate program, and I'm very intensely outnumbered by females. The ratio is like 13 women to every 1 man. I know I know you feel bad for me right. Well here's what I did this time. I've been in the program for 3 years now so I hold a lot of high positions in the program and I'm in a lot of leadership roles.
