In school to be a radiology tech. In lab, the instructor was showing us how to do chest x-ray. i was called to show it. I was kind of nervous, but played it off since i had an idea how to do it. As I was starting to go through the process, i needed to explain what i was doing, how to line up the x-ray light with the body, etc. I knew where to aim it, but completely forgot the names of the points to feel for, and didnt really know how to explain it... it went something like this:
instructor: before you begin, what points of the body are you looking for to line up with the beam?
Me: (after a second of two of silence) I comepletely forgot everything!!
everyone started to laugh since i said it serious but funny, and im sure nobody expected someone to come right out and say it like that, as opposed of the "umm this is the umm..."
but the instructor was cool and went over everything again, and was like "dont worry i dont expect you to know everything the first week"
