I'm going to try my best not to get all Dr. Phil on you. I hate that guy. But anyway recovering from addiction is hard enough for one person let alone two. And to top it all off by trying to make a relationship work is just downright hard. I know I don't have to tell you that so lets move on. What is an average day like in your life with her? Do you live with her? etc... I need a few more details if I'm going to pull some decent advice out of my ass. But I do feel for you man. I don't live with my girlfriend but there are weeks when at least 4 out of 7 days I feel the sudden urge to lock her in my closet, soundproof it, and slip poisonous vipers under the door. That aside....

somethinsexy has a good point. Most women are caught off guard when you actually let them think they are right. It doesn't always work, but once caught off guard you buy yourself a little time to figure out a "plan B". It does depend though on the reason behind the argument also. Seriously dude, family is a big issue in a lot of relationships. And if you want to make it work with this girl, you have to tread carefully when family is concerned. I learned that the hard way. Depending on the closeness relationship between the girl and her family it could get really sticky if you say something wrong. You win the women if you win the family, that's one thing I've learned. In my current relationship my girlfriend isn't that close with her family. She downright hates her father (i know i know daddy issues) so I'm almost allowed to make comments about her father because she will usually side with me. But God forbid I make a comment about her mother or sister, I'm in the dog house. So I know now how to pick and choose my battles when family is concerned. How long have you been with this girl? That could play a factor too. If your with her for less then a year and she's already driving you crazy, get out now while you still have some small spec of sanity left. If your with her a while and you stood by each other through hard times and good, then its worth working out. Even though my girl drives me crazy, she's been by my side through a bunch of messed up shit. So that much I give her credit for and I know she'll stand by me when shit hits the fan. That's why I think its worth working on. You have to assess your current situation and feel out the best option.

I'm gonna chime in here and say I agree with Rico, if it's been under a year and it's this bad then it's only gonna get worse and you should prob end the relationship. It's funny though, I was just speaking to someone earlier tonight and it came up that people who seem to be in really disfunctional relationships have the hardest time breaking away from them. If it's under a year than it's still relativley early. Besides, it sounds like you both have your own issues to deal with. Take care of yourself before you go and take care of someone else, get things right in your own head, then move on. Trust me, once your free of the situation, you'll look at it with new eyes and realize that it wasn't meant to be.
